The Details API is a new API for Mapbox customers to access rich location data for Addresses, POIs, Places, and Boundaries.

Customers can also use the Details API to make follow-up looks for any Mapbox ID they have saved before; for example, a navigation app retrieves the latest venue information for a restaurant that has been saved to user favorites.

The Basic set covers essential information about a location, including name, address, and coordinates.
